Q.How much deposit do you require?
A. 20% of the booking. If a marquee package this is 20% of the package not including decor. If a decor booking this is 20% of the decor pricing
Q. Can we change the packages around
A. Yes each package is adaptable to your event, you may wish to have less formal seating
Q. Do you have round tables
A. Yes, these cost extra due to the linen charges and also take up more space so its likely you may need a larger marquee to accommodate them
Q. When do we need to make payment?
A. 20% to secure the booking. The booking is not confirmed until this is recieved. Then the final invoice is sent the week of the event. Payment is not required before this final invoice
Q. Can the marquee go concrete/other hard surface?
A. No, it must go on grass, we need to be able to peg our pegs that hold the marquee up into the ground
Q. Do you have clear marquees
A. No and have no intention of stocking these
Q. How far do you travel
A. Our marquee packages include 100km of travel from Thames, we will travel slightly further than this but for an extra charge. Styling/Decor bookings we prefer 100km/1hr travel but can discuss futher
Q. Do you a minimum spend
A. We have decided to introduce a minimum spend for 2023 onwards

Q. Do you supply plates, glassware etc
We don't have eating plates or standard cutlery, your caterer sometimes supplies these. We do decorative charger plates and coloured cutlerry.
We also do not have glassware for hire
If you require extra table for catering, the bar etc these are additional to the marquee package
Q. How many marquees do you own
A. 2 wedding marquees which are available as 9m wide marquees either 9m,15m, 21m, 27m and 33m in length .
1 celebration marquee which is 6m wide and either 6m,9m,12m or 15m in length
Q. How long is the hire period for- Marquees
A. Usually 3 days, we prefer not to install and dismantle on weekends/public holiday to allow our staff decent breaks. This means we set up the weekday prior and packdown the weekday following- Mondayy/Tueday
